Recipe for a great holiday party...family, friends and food!

Posted by Dana Lynn Thompson

Last Wednesday we all gathered at El Nopal in Adairsville, GA to eat yummy Mexican food, exchange gifts and celebrate Christmas with the crew from The Outpost at Barnsley Gardens - where Scott works. The food was great and the company even better!

Saturday we headed over to Sarah and Harold's for Christmas with Harold's daughters and their families. Again, yummy food, gifts and good companionship.

This week, we'll be going to a party at my boss's house where I'm sure there will be "good food, friends and fun"....seems like the recipe for a good holiday party!!

With Christmas only 6 days away, we did a lot of preparation this week...wrapped all the gifts, cleaned the house and tonight we are on our way to the store to pick out the ever important "perfect turkey" for Christmas Eve dinner. We've got a few more things to get, but we are mostly ready for the big day! Hope you are too!
