Congratulations are in order for my super talented husband who has yet again proven that whatever he does, he does it well! Last week Scott passed his final exam to become First Responder certified, going into the test at the top of his class.

The lone "civilian" in a class of rookie firefighters, he thought he was in over his head the first night, but he studied hard, donned a fireman's suit, and cut people out of cars with the Jaws of Life. Wish I had some pictures to scrapbook of that!

All this excellence begged the question from his instructor "Are you sure you don't want to be a fireman?" For the first two weekends in March, Scott will be taking a Wilderness Responder course, all in preparation to handle any emergencies out at Barnsley while waiting for help to arrive. I feel they are in good hands! Congratulations honey!
