Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love searching for the perfect gift, the beautiful wrapping paper, the houses wrapped in lights, decorating our home, trimming the tree and getting together with family and friends. But the thing I love the most is how wishes seem to come true at this time of year. And sometimes they even come true early!

On Thanksgiving Day I got my first wish...a new Nikon D50 digital SLR camera from Scott! Every scrapbooker needs the ultimate camera to take those great shots to be turned into works of art and a history of our life and times. It does everything automatically (unless you want to do it manually) and can take several photos in rapid succession. The pictures are crystal clear and big enough to blow up to 20x30 if needed. I will no longer have a bunch of photos taken "just after" the moment has passed. After all, they do say we should live in the moment...shouldn't our pictures be there too?

Thanks honey....I am one extremely happy, ever grateful, picture taking, scrapbooking, luckiest wife in the world. You are the best!!
